During our recent family vacation at the Mayflower Hotel in Leiden, we appreciated its excellent location in the historic city center. Just a five-minute walk from the train station, the hotel served as a perfect base for exploring nearby museums and local restaurants. Our room was spacious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready with recommendations for family-friendly city tours that engaged my daughter’s curiosity about history. One evening, we enjoyed a delightful stroll along the canal, which felt like stepping back in time. The Mayflower’s amenities, including a comfortable shower and a pleasant view, added convenience to our stay. With the nearby grocery stores and vibrant shopping streets, we found everything we needed just around the corner, making for a fulfilling family experience.
